TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tours operated by Travel Impressions. Blackout dates are 12/18/20 - 1/2/21. Group Amenities are valid on bookings of a 3 night’s minimum stay only. Bookings under 3 nights stay will not count towards the group production for amenities. Bride and Groom must be part of group booking to receive program benefits. Tour Operator is responsible for refunding agent/bride and groom for complimentary nights once wedding benefits are determined by hotel after receiving rooming list. (Complimentary nights will not apply to room categories above Alcoba Ocean Front) Complimentary nights qualify when group is paying regular rates and are awarded on room category booked up to Alcoba Ocean Front, based double occupancy only. If the couple is booked in a higher category, we will deduct the cost of the Alcoba Ocean Front category and they would pay the rate difference plus the $20.00 per night fee. In order for benefits to apply, all reservations must be booked through the same Tour Operator and bride and groom must be part of the group. Complimentary events must be held on separate days. A mandatory charge of $10.00 per person, per night will apply for complimentary stays for tax and gratuities. Locations for private function(s) will be confirmed forty-five (45) days prior to arrival if the Wedding Group: (1) contain 50 or more guests, or (2) books 25 or more rooms or 75 or more room nights. Otherwise, location for private function(s) will be assigned when couple arrives at the Hotel. If couple cancels the wedding ceremony and continues their travel arrangements, all Wedding Group Benefits will be null and void immediately. All Wedding Group Benefits are subject to change without prior notice. Blackout, weekend, holiday and peak season surcharges apply.
