The ALGV Best Price Guarantee (BPG) applies to new contracted group bookings only and is available for Social, Leisure, and Wedding groups of up to 50 rooms (Melia capped at 40 rooms). Existing contracted groups are not eligible, including those canceled and rebooked.The BPG allows ALG Vacations to match lower qualifying rates found on a hotel’s direct website, including member-exclusive pricing, provided all components match exactly, including travel dates, room categories, occupancy, and group size.The BPG applies to land-only pricing and does not apply to scheduled air or the air portion of package bookings. Eligible price matches must be publicly available at the time of request and verifiable by ALG Vacations. Requests must be submitted via the Group Service Request link in the VAX Dashboard while the lower rate is still live. ALG Vacations does not proactively monitor rate changes. If a lower qualifying rate is identified after booking, ALGV will adjust the group rate accordingly, provided the rate is still available at the time of review.
