In today’s digital era, a website provides you with more ways to connect with your customers and close a booking! That’s why we offer TI Connect sites that let you offer a branded agency online experience and earn commission and credit for bookings made through your site.
TI Connect for a Full Online Experience
A TI Connect Site is a free, branded agency website with access to all of our products and offers. Customize the TI Connect site with your logo and contact information and use it as your own site or link to it from your existing website to offer extended content and the ability to book online.
A Custom TI Connect Site Provides:
- A free, custom website with your agency logo, name and contact information
- The ability for your agency to be open for business 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
- Earn full commission on applicable bookings*
- Email notifications for every booking completed online
Requests for a New TI Connect Site
Due to a high volume of requests, we’re currently requiring pre-approval of all new requests. To begin this process, please send your request in an email to:
TI Connect site requests: Contact your BDM (Find your BDM)
Be sure your email request includes the following information to expedite your review:
- Agency ID Number/IATA#
- Vacation brand(s) (accepting requests for Apple Vacations, Funjet Vacations® Vacations, Travel Impressions, United Vacations®, or Blue Sky Tours)
- Name and email address
If your request is pre-approved by your BDM or the Groups’ team, you will be sent an email reply containing a link to a request form to gather the remaining information we need to complete your request. Upon submitting the form, you will receive your affiliate site within 1 to 2 business days.
Support for Existing Sites
Whether you need to update your agency information or help resolving a technical issue, we’re here to help. Email your support requests to our Affiliate Support team at
Affiliatesupport@algvacations.com. Include the following information in your request for quicker action:
- Agency ID Number/IATA#
- PL Code
- ALG Vacations® Brand
- Name and email address
- Description of the request:
- Technical issue that needs resolving – including screenshots, browser and device information (if applicable)
- Change request (i.e. agency name, address, email, phone number)
- Site Deletion
FAQ's
By submitting a request for a TI Connect site, your agency agrees to the affiliate site
terms & conditions. Requests are subject to approval by ALG Vacations®. ALG Vacations reserves the right to discontinue the program at any time. The agency is responsible for all bookings made through their TI Connect site or GroupEase® Custom Event Page. The agency is responsible for monitoring for fraudulent bookings on your site. If you suspect fraud on your site, contact
Affiliatesupport@algvacations.com. ALG Vacations and suppliers shall not be responsible or liable in any way for cancellations, losses or damages.
Travel Impressions is not responsible for errors or omissions. Bookings are subject to the current Travel Impressions terms and conditions. Travel Impressions materials (including, but not limited to, names, trademark, service marks, logos, marketing materials, etc.) shall not be used, reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any way, except with the express written consent of Travel Impressions.
