DISCOUNTED AGENT VACATION OPPORTUNITY DETAILS
Discounted Agent Vacations (DAV) are available to all of our active bookings agents.

Below is the new process to book your own air only reservations for discounted travel.

Please read all instructions carefully before beginning your booking!

Please note, due to various industry payment and cancelation policies, agent rewards bookings may only be booked between 7AM-4PM Monday - Thursday CST (excluding holidays). This will ensure that our department has sufficient time to review all requests and apply payment accordingly.

You will create your own air only reservation under your agency account number in VAX VacationAccess. Email your reservation number to Agent Rewards. Agent Rewards will check your reservation to insure that it qualifies for rewards redemption and that the lead passenger is a current employee.

If the reservation qualifies for a discount, Agent Rewards will apply a promo code that will adjust the price accordingly. Upon approval, each traveler is responsible for the per person price depending on destination per the below grid. Any optional features are at regular price and are the responsibility of the agent/agency.

Your reservation needs to be booked on Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights seats only and not scheduled air. Please click here for our destination availability.


Follow these simple steps to book your discounted air travel

1) Login to VAX and select the 'Special Agent Booking' package type. Create your booking as you would for one of your customers. Please note, the lead passenger must be a current employee of the agency to qualify for rewards redemption. The booking agent may bring up to three (3) traveling companions. Your reservation needs to be on Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights seats only.

2) Line items will auto pull on your reservation (DAV, BOB, FAM, Promos). For administrative purposes you will need to delete the line items that to not apply to your booking (choose only the DAV feature) only one feature may be selected. This lets agent rewards know what type of booking it is.

3) Select any additional features prior to check out i.e. seats, bags, waiver. Please note the discount does not apply to features.

4) Check out and complete booking. Do not apply any payment at this time.

5) Email your reservation itinerary including reservation number (do not email just a quote) for approval to agentrewardstravel@algvacations.com .

6) Agent Rewards will review your reservation. If approved you will receive an email with payment procedures.

7) The balance due is the responsibility of the agent/agency and should be applied via the ‘Apply Payment’ tab in VAX by the deposit/full payment due date whichever is sooner.

8) Any modifications made after approval are subject to all applicable processes and fees and are the responsibility of the travel agency.

9) If you decide to cancel after your reservation has been approved, your discount is still considered redeemed and you do not receive these seats back to use on another reservation.


All rewards bookings are nonrefundable nontransferable


Important Booking Conditions
  • Limit of two DAV requests per agent per calendar year.
  • All cancellation and payment policies apply according to the terms and conditions required to complete a booking
  • Promo codes will be provided within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary email between 9am Monday - 12pm Friday CST; please make note of all industry payment policies and book accordingly.
  • Commission is not paid on rewards bookings
  • It will be assumed that all agent bookings received by agent rewards have the agency owner’s permission to be redeemed.
  • If your reservation is approved 60-30 days before travel and seats are still available you may not request the 30 days before travel price.
  • Please call the call center to assist with making reservations that require full payment at the time of booking.
  • The agent/agency is responsible for all modifications once the reservation is made and subject to all revision policies. Please make all modifications directly in VAX or call the call center for modification assistance.
